How we build in long lasting temperature control

The inside is food grade 304 stainless steel. It handles near boiling water without releasing anything unwanted, and it doesn’t hold onto the smell of flower tea or lemon slices. A vacuum layer sits between the inner liner and the outer shell to block temperature transfer. In our routine batch tests, water filled at 95°C stays above 60°C after 6 hours. The outer body stays at room temperature even when the inside is piping hot, so you can hold the pot comfortably right after filling.

Leakproof design you can trust

The flip top lid snaps shut with a reassuring click. When closed, the silicone seal keeps liquid from escaping even if the pot lies on its side in a tote bag. We test this at final inspection by inverting random samples. The spout is shaped to deliver a controlled, splash free flow, and it cuts off cleanly when you release the lid.

Using it well from day one

Rinse the inner liner with warm water and a mild detergent before the first use. Many of our production engineers suggest filling it with boiling water, letting it sit for 10 minutes, then emptying it. This simple step wakes up the vacuum insulation. For the best temperature retention, pour your drink and close the lid quickly. We recommend filling with liquids no hotter than 90°C for daily use to prolong the life of the sealing ring. When pouring, a natural angle gives the smoothest stream.

Keeping it fresh

A quick rinse with water usually cleans the smooth inner wall. For a deeper clean, use a soft sponge and neutral detergent. Avoid steel wool or abrasive pads. The silicone ring inside the lid is removable. Popping it out once a month and washing it with warm soapy water prevents any scale buildup and keeps the seal tight. If you plan to store the pot away for a while, let it dry fully and leave the lid slightly open.
