Inox Coffee Pot

The inox coffee pot is produced by Jianyang factory, which has many years of experience in manufacturing insulated vessels, and has a complete supply chain system and quality control process. From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, multiple testing standards are passed, supporting small batch customization and rapid sampling to meet the personalized needs of customers from different channels. The factory is equipped with automated production lines and a professional quality inspection team to ensure that every product meets industry-leading standards in appearance, functionality, and safety.

The Inox Coffee Pot is an insulated brewer designed to handle both loose leaf tea and pour over coffee right at your desk. It holds 800ml, enough for a couple of large mugs or a small team sharing a pot. A 316 stainless steel inner liner with an optional titanium coating resists corrosion from acidic tea infusions and coffee extractions. Inside, a removable fine mesh filter sits securely so you can steep, pour, and keep the remaining liquid hot without over extraction. The outer body uses a soft pink grey color scheme with a matte finish, and the whole unit weighs roughly 483 grams, light enough to move between the kitchen, office, or a dorm room with one hand.

Where the JYZ-KB80 fits into daily routines

For aged white tea or pu erh that needs extended steeping, fill the filter with leaves, add hot water, and close the lid. The vacuum insulation keeps the tea soup at serving temperature while the filter keeps the leaves from over steeping once you pour a cup. For coffee, you can place a drip bag or a paper filter with grounds directly on the rim and use the pot as a server. The compact footprint (about 12 cm in diameter and 15.3 cm tall) leaves plenty of desk space, and the spout is shaped to give a clean, drip free flow. It also works well for keeping chilled fruit juice or cold brew tea cold for hours, saving fridge space during small gatherings.

A procurement director’s experience

“My team sources branded drinkware for a German office supply chain. We found the KB80 at a Jianyang factory visit in 2023. We were looking for a tea brewing pot that could also handle coffee for corporate gift sets. The sample we received had a 316 stainless steel inner liner with a titanium coating. We sent it to TÜV for food contact compliance and got a pass within two weeks. The mesh filter is 200 micron, fine enough for rooibos and most loose teas, and it lifts out with a small tab for cleaning.

We requested a custom color, a warm beige exterior with a bamboo pattern silk screen print on the side, plus our logo embossed on the lid. Jianyang’s team provided a 3D render the next day and sent a physical pre production sample by the 12th day. We tested heat retention with 95°C water: it held 68°C after six hours and 51°C after eight hours at 22°C room temperature. Our own leak test was done by filling the pot, closing the lid, and placing it on its side for four hours. No moisture appeared on the paper underneath.

Our initial order was 800 units, split into two color variants. The batch shipped 21 days after sample approval, and each pot was packed in a custom gift box with an instruction card. We inspected the shipment using AQL 1.5 and found one minor cosmetic defect across 50 random pieces, which was within our tolerance. The gift sets sold through our B2B catalog and online store in under three months. We now place repeat orders twice a year, usually 1,500 to 2,000 pieces, and we are discussing adding a matching cup to create a complete brewing set.”

How the insulation and materials work

The inner liner is food grade 316 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to acidic tea and coffee over repeated use. We also offer a titanium coating option for clients who want extra durability and a non reactive surface. A vacuum layer between the inner and outer walls stops heat transfer. During batch testing, water at 95°C typically stays above 60°C after six hours. The outer shell remains at room temperature even when the inside is near boiling, so you can hold the pot without a handle. The ergonomic handle stays cool and provides a steady grip for pouring.

Using it properly from the start

Before first use, rinse the inner liner and the filter with warm water and a small amount of white vinegar. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then wash with clean water to remove any production residue. For tea, place leaves into the filter, pour water above 95°C, cover with the lid, and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. The fine mesh filter prevents leaves from escaping into the spout while pouring. For drip coffee, just remove the filter and use the pot as a server. It also works with cold drinks. Fill with chilled juice or tea and the vacuum layer keeps it cold for hours. Avoid filling with liquids above 90°C for daily use to extend the life of the silicone sealing ring.

Simple maintenance for a long service life

Rinse the pot and the filter after each use to prevent tea or coffee stains from building up. Use a soft bristle brush and neutral detergent on the inner wall. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners. The silicone ring inside the lid is removable and should be taken out once a month for cleaning. Let all parts air dry fully before storage. If you plan to store the pot away for a while, keep the lid slightly open. Do not place the pot in a microwave or dishwasher. The metal components and plastic parts are not designed for high heat environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the JYZ-KB80 keep tea or coffee hot?

After preheating and filling with 95°C water, the liquid stays above 60°C for six hours and typically around 50°C at eight hours in a 22°C room. Actual performance depends on how often the lid is opened and the initial drink temperature.

Is the filter fine enough for loose tea?

Yes. The 200 micron stainless steel mesh holds most loose leaf teas, including rooibos and broken leaf grades. We can adjust the mesh size for customers who need a finer or coarser filter.

Can I use it as a coffee dripper server?

Yes. Remove the filter insert and place a V60 style dripper or a drip bag on top. The pot acts as a stable, insulated server underneath.

Why 316 stainless steel instead of 304?

316 contains molybdenum, which improves resistance to acids and salts. It holds up better against frequent exposure to acidic tea infusions and coffee, reducing the chance of metallic taste transfer over time.

Do you offer a titanium coating? What is the benefit?

Yes, we offer a titanium coating on the inner liner as a custom option. The coating creates an even more inert surface that resists staining and corrosion, and it adds durability for heavy daily use. It is a popular choice for brands targeting the premium market.

Can I get this pot with my own logo and packaging?

Absolutely. Send us your artwork or color preference. Our team creates a digital proof, and we handle logo engraving, silk screen printing, and custom gift box design. The MOQ for customization is flexible. We can guide you through a small trial run.

What are the lead times for a custom order?

First article samples are usually ready within 12 to 14 days after design approval. Bulk production takes around 21 to 25 days depending on the quantity and complexity. We share a timeline before you commit and provide photos of the finished goods before shipping.

Is this pot dishwasher safe?

No. The metal vacuum structure and PP outer body are not designed for dishwasher heat cycles. Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to preserve the insulation performance and the matte finish.
