Getting the most from your pot

Activate the insulation by filling with boiling water and letting it stand twice before first use. For daily use, keeping water temperature below 95°C extends the life of the silicone sealing ring. Pour steadily without sudden tilting to avoid splashes. If the pot sits empty for a while, leave a small food grade desiccant pack inside to prevent moisture and odor.

Every month, soak the interior with a 1:1 mix of white vinegar and water for 30 minutes. This removes scale and restores the smooth surface. Wipe the outer wall with a nano sponge and a little alcohol to lift fingerprint marks. We recommend replacing the seal ring once a quarter; original spare parts are available from us. Avoid storing strongly acidic drinks like lemonade or carbonated beverages for long periods, as they can slowly corrode the stainless steel.
